Temple

There are about 93 small and big temples in six unions of Terkhada upazila. There is no central temple for the followers of traditional religions. All these temples have been built on the basis of neighborhood. Of these, Terkhada Sahapara Public Worship Temple is the largest temple in the upazila.

The survey of the temple is during the Durga Puja in the autumn. After Dumuria upazila in Khulna district, more pujas are performed in Terkhada upazila.
